Traditionally, this information has only been available directly from government sources or filtered through real estate agents and mortgage brokers.

Using innovative state-of-the art technology, HouseAmerica manipulates public data to calculate current house valuations. Of particular importance are neighborhood sales. Why? Because neighborhood sales have a direct impact on the value of other homes in the neighborhood. So, we monitor them closely, and adjust home values when appropriate. To make the valuation more meaningful, we show you details of recent sales as well as details of the subject property. We also include a local interactive map pinpointing the recent sales and the subject property. As new data becomes available, we do it all over again.
